We make healthy nutritious soup from local ingredients, weekly, for members of our local community who are in need due to a surgery, injury, or illness. Since starting in April 2018, with the support of Circle of Friends, a 501-3C non-profit, we have made and delivered over 800 quarts of soup locally, averaging more than 300 quarts of soup per year.

This year we have received generous donations from local farms including produce and meat products for bone broth:

bell peppers, butternut, acorn, and spaghetti squash, tomatoes, Mona Lisa potatoes, zucchini, parsley, cilantro, Swiss chard, onions, garlic, eggplant, basil, beets, pumpkin, green onions, beef, lamb, and buffalo bones. Thank you to Salvatore Capuano of Oro Bianco Farm, Juan Jose of Filaki Farm, and Steve Dambeck of Apollo Farm & Orchard and many other individual farmers who have donated their produce,
