After 22 years down the street, Cafe Collage moved to its new home last year. The smaller kitchen in our tiny cafe does not accommodate a pizza station. We will host a pizza night to honor this favorite of Salim’s cuisine, soon.
All of our pizza crusts are made in-house using San Francisco based Giusto’s organic flour, water, local eggs and olive oil, ground coriander and turmeric, yeast, and sea salt.
All pizza toppings begin with a small amount of olive oil on the crust before adding the sauce, which is the first ingredient in the menu items below.
