THEME DINNERS & TASTINGS
We create a theme dinner for guests to “travel” to a region of France, Italy, northern Africa, Spain, etc. Dishes from the region create a unique experience as if one was there.
I. French Provencal with seafood stew of boullabaise, nicoise salad, vegetables with aoili, tapanade, soup of pistou.
II. Italian traditional dishes and home made pasta
III. Spanish tapas and paella
